TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. The Race Against Cancer @ Wangsa Maju 2026 are open to all  Malaysians, PR and expatriates with working permit and foreigners. 

2. Participants below the age of 18 are required to obtain the consent of their  parents/guardians before signing up for this event. 

3. Participants who completed the online registration form agreed to abide by the rules and  regulations of the event. 

4. The Organiser may revise the terms & conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice. 

5. Upon confirmation of participant, change of t-shirts size or other detail will not be  entertained. 

6. All donations are to be collected in ringgit Malaysia (RM). 

7. Once participants registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund for  participants who do not eventually take part in the event for whatever reason. 

8. All merchandises' color, design and material are subject to change without notice. 

9. Any entitlement or any other merchandise and goodies not collected at the stipulated time  shall be forfeited and any request thereafter will not be entertained. No refund will be  entertained. 

10. The participants have to abide all the rules and route specified by the Organiser and ends  at the venue as stated. 
11. The Organiser may close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of the run / start is full. 

12. The Organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the event at any time without prior  notice, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants prior to the  event date. If the event is cancelled, all donations, including the event registration donation  and additional donation items, are NON-REFUNDABLE. The Organiser shall not be liable  for any other loss or inconvenience caused. Any updates regarding the event, including  changes to the rules and regulations, will be posted on the Event’s official Instagram and  Facebook pages. 

13. There will be no refund of donations if the event is cancelled due to force majeure, i.e.  occurrences beyond the Organiser’s control (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain,  inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, or other conditions) which, in the  Organiser’s opinion, render it impossible or unsafe to hold the event. 

14. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants),  motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for legitimate purpose,  including commercial advertising. 

15. STRICTLY no changes of t-shirt sizing.

Safety and Health Measures 

1. The participant should be free from any medical, physical, mental disability and  chronic/infectious disease which would deem it unsafe to participate in the event. 

2. The Organiser will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants.  However, every participant is responsible for their involvement in the event. The Organiser  will not be liable for any injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/damage to personal  property that may occur during the walk

FAQ 

1. Do I need to print my registration slip? 
No, you can just show it from your mobile phone. 

2. Can I send a representative to collect on my behalf? 
Yes, you can. No authorisation letter needed. Just show the registration confirmation via  mobile phone and provide the IC number. Strictly NO LalaMove, Grab or any delivery  service provider allowed for Race Pack Collection. 

3. Can I purchase t-shirt(s) or any merchandise at the venue? 
Yes, you can. However, there will be limited sizes and quantity available. Best to register  early!
