LARIAN MENJUNJUNG KASIH 2019 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LARIAN MENJUNJUNG KASIH 2019 event is organized by MAJLIS SUKAN NEGERI SELANGOR and managed by MASTER PACER VENTURE.

2. The schedule of the race will be on 8 Disember 2019 at Dataran Petaling Jaya @ Padang Timur Petaling Jaya.

3. The Event is open to all. Each Participant agrees to participate in the Event on his or her own free will.

4. Flag Off Time :
   21KM – 5.30 am

   10KM – 7.00 am 5KM – 7.15 am

5. Cut Off Time :
   21KM – 4 HOURS

   10KM – 2.30 HOURS 5KM – 2.00 HOURS

6. Age qualification will be taken as of Event Day. (21km) Men Open – 18 Years Old & Above

7. NON-REGISTERED kids will not entitled to get the event Race kit.

9. Result:

•   Finisher medal will be available for redemption at a designated area after the finishing line to Participants on the Event day. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

•   Finisher medals will only be given to participants who complete the run within the qualifying time.

 The results of all categories will be verified by the Organiser and their decision is final.

10. Prize:

•   Winners must ensure that they collect their prizes after the race and upon announcement of results. All uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

•   The Organiser reserves the right to request winners for identity card or passport for age verification.

•   Prize is only awarded to the 1st – 10th placing of competitive run category (10KM and 21KM)

•   International runners untitled for 1st and 2nd placing of 21km categories only

11. Participants must wear the assigned bib on his/her chest. Participants who do not display bib numbers will be taken off the course by security officers/officials and immediately disqualified.

12. Pets, bicycles, motor vehicles, and other wheel-run objects are prohibited. Only official race and medical vehicles are allowed.

13. The organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel and/or add any race category without prior notice to the Participants

15. By signing up for the Event, the Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organizer shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, the Organizer will take into account the interests of all the affected participants. Any updates on the rules and regulations of the event will be notified on the official website, www.racexasia.com and it is the responsibility of the affected participant to keep abreast with any changes.
