Terms & Conditions
1. All CONVO RUN 2024 must submit their registration form online with full payment by 19 October 2024
2. The organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
3. Only registered runners will be allowed on track.
4. Participants must run on the designated route for the entire race. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
5. Slower moving participants, including those walking, are required to stay to the left side of the approved race path as not to obstruct other participants.
6. It is mandatory for participants to have all checkpoint sticker on their bib to be awarded medal and certificate.
7. The organiser reserves the right to make any amendments to the race route that is deemed necessary for reasons of safety or requests made by local authorities, police or emergency services.
8. No pets or any form of wheel-run modes of transport are allowed, for example skates, prams, push cars, or shows with built-in or attached rollers. This rule does not apply to medical vehicles.
9. In the event of inclement weather, the organiser reserves the right to postpone the race. If severe weather persists after a delayed start, the organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the event without further obligation or refund.
10. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant considered physically unable of continuing with the race by the organiser in order to prevent him/her from causing more harm or injury to himself/herself or others.
11. All participants are allocated only 3 minutes to stay at each checkpoint.
