Venue : P3A & P4 (In front of Clavin Kliens) , 170-Gurney Plaza, Gurney Drive, 10250 George Town, Penang 
(In front of Sports Direct)

NOTE: STRICTLY NO RACE KIT COLLECTION ON EVENT DAY AND AFTER EVENT.

Run Category

1) Men Open ( Age 13 & above ) 10KM

2) Women Open (Age 13 & above) 10KM

3) Fun Run 6KM ( Age 8 & above )

4) Family Fun Run 6KM ( 2 Adults (Parents) + 2 kids aged 4 – 8 years)

Prizes & Entitlements;

1)Winner’s Medal 1st – 5th placing for 10KM only.

2) All runners will receive a Running Tee

3) Finisher Medal for All Runners who have completed the Run (for all categories)

4) Lucky Draw to All Runners who have completed the Run

5) PA Insurance for all registered runners Only.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This Beyond Your Dreams Run 2025 is open to all. (Foreigners are allowed to run)

2. Lucky Draw Eligibility

i) The lucky draw is open to all runners who have completed the Run.

ii) All lucky draw winners must produce their bib number to claim for lucky draw prizes.

3. Registration

i) Please log in to www.racexasia.com for online registration.

ii) Whilst the organizer will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the participant's safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical officer before registration and race day.

4. Fee Refund

i) There will be NO refund if the event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e. due to the occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organizer and which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event.

ii) No refund if any runners fail to collect their race kits during the race kit collection date.

iii) Runners can NOT demand any race kits on or after race day.

5. On Race Day

i) Runners are required to wear the Bib number at the front during the event day. Runners are not allowed to wear the bib with a Ziplock bag.(The Organiser has the right to disqualify any runner who wears the bib with a Ziplock bag.)

ii) Participants Database, photos and video recordings taken before, during, and after the run are the property of Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn. Bhd and the organizer shall be used for current and future official runs and other promotions.

iii) The organizer reserves the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain thunderstorms or extreme weather conditions. Should the heavy rain, thunderstorm, or extreme weather conditions persist after the delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.

6. In case of any disputes, the organizer's decision is final and conclusive. No appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

7. Closing Date for Registration

Before 27 March 2025 or when registration is full (limited to 5,000 runners only) whichever is earlier.
