RULES AND REGULATIONS

a) TELUK BELANGA FUN WALK 2026 @ SEGAMAT is organised by event organiser AG Resources

b) All participants must complete an official TELUK BELANGA FUN WALK 2026 @ SEGAMAT entry form in order to participate in the fun walk.

c) Participants must complete their registration details with true, accurate and current information.

d) Inaccurate or incomplete information can be grounds for disqualification or barring from the event with no refund.

e) Participants must agree to receive communication from the event organiser from time to time by email. Any notice sent by email to the supplied address on the registration form shall be deemed received by the participants.

f) The Organiser reserves the right to use any photography (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the event taken before and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsors.

g) Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure participant safety, participants walk at their own risk and the organisers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howso­ever arising from training for or during participation in the fun walk. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination or consult their practitioner prior to registration and before the actual walk day.

h) The organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the fun walk in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather conditions. In the event of delay, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be respon­sible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by individuals or parties concerned.

i) The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone TELUK BELANGA FUN WALK 2026 @ SEGAMAT at any time with or without prior notice to the participants, in which case they will make reasonable efforts to inform the participant prior to the new date if it is to be postponed. There shall be no refund of the fees paid and the organiser shall be under no obligation to refund fees paid. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.

j) The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing the fun walk to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to him/herself.

k) The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reason thereof.

l) Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety of their own children. The organizer is not responsible for any harm that happens to them during the event.
