For example, if you walk or run 1 km a day, just upload 5 days of proof to complete your 7 km challenge. Easy and flexible!

📲 How to Submit Your Run Results
- Download any running app (e.g. Strava, Runkeeper, Google Fit, etc.).
- Start your run or walk with the app tracking your activity.
- When you’re done, take a screenshot of your recorded result.
- Accumulate your screenshots until you’ve completed your registered distance.
- Submit your results via the Google Form https://forms.gle/6zjNgehTcVoiHcr47 by 22 December 2025.
